The Mending Shed is a thriving small business, with a strong belief in not wasting. Craig Palmer founded The Mending Shed back in 1971 as a repair shop for household appliances. With a love of tinkering, and the help of his new wife they opened the doors for The Mending Shed on June 16th 1971. It originally started out as a one room shed, located on State Street in Orem, Utah.
Now we are an authorized service center for many name brands with an experienced team of repair technicians. Items we repair include: vacuums, clocks, lamps, electric shavers, microwaves, appliances (both large and small), power tools, canning equipment, and motorized toys like Razor Scooters and Power Wheels vehicles.
We can even do warranty repairs for most Major Tool brands, plus KitchenAid, Razor and Power Wheels products.
